Tuesdays 5.15-6.15pm

Hatha Yoga

A 60 minute open level class with a focus on functional alignment. Postures are held for several breaths with a slightly less dynamic approach to a vinyasa based practice.

Wednesdays 7-8pm

Yoga for climbers
City Bloc Climbing

A 60 minute vinyasa based prqctice with a strong focus on mobility relevant to climbing. Lots of movement for the hips and shoulders.

Fridays 7.15-8am

Yin/Yang yoga
Yoga Hero

A 45 minute morning practice of two halves. Moving through some gentle standing sequences before settling into some grounding yin postures to ease you into your day.

Saturdays 11am-12
